Teams running IBM API Connect 12.1.0.0 through 12.1.1.2 where any user with valid credentials can reach the API Connect management interface. The flaw lets such a user read sensitive data and modify arbitrary documents by manipulating user-controlled keys. Teams on v12.1.1.3 or later can skip it; I did not confirm whether the V10 line is affected.
