Affects API Connect V12 OnPrem v12.1.0.0-v12.1.1.2; fixed in v12.1.1.3. IBM lists no workarounds. No exploitation or PoC stated.

Self-hosted IBM API Connect V12 OnPrem deployments on 12.1.0.0 to 12.1.1.2 are exposed to a logged-in user with low privileges. IBM rates the attack vector as adjacent network with high complexity, so exposure is greatest where untrusted users can reach the API Connect management network. Deployments already on 12.1.1.3 or later can skip it.
