Teams running self-managed (OnPrem) IBM API Connect V12, versions v12.1.0.0 to v12.1.1.2, where a logged-in user (low privileges) can send requests. A path traversal lets that user access or delete other tenants' resources, so multi-tenant setups are the main concern. IBM lists no workaround. Teams on other versions or other API Connect offerings not named in the bulletin can skip it.
