1. Ask InfraStack in Slack
Mention @InfraStack in its channel or send it a direct message. Write “help” to see what it can do. It answers questions about a threat, your stack, or how it works.
2. Common questions
- Add it to another channel: type /invite @InfraStack in that channel. It replies there only when someone mentions it; alerts stay in your default channel.
- What it can see: only the channels you add it to and its own direct messages. It never reads other channels, other people’s DMs or group DMs, and it does not search your workspace.
- Stop it seeing a channel: remove it from that channel in Slack.
- Change schedules or the timezone: ask it in words, for example “move the weekly report to Monday 9am”.
- Delete everything: sign in at infrastack.ai, open the dashboard and choose Delete account. That removes InfraStack from Slack and deletes your workspace’s data.
3. Your data
For access, correction, export or deletion requests, write to [email protected]. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.
4. Security issues
To report a vulnerability in InfraStack, write to [email protected] with “Security” in the subject. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days.
