Live › vulnerability › CVE-2026-116763
The LiteSpeed Cache plugin for WordPress fails to sanitize the 'comment' parameter, so an unauthenticated visitor can store web script that runs in the browser of anyone who loads the affected page. The flaw is only exploitable when the HTML Minify option is enabled and a companion plugin renders stored comment content into a raw-text context on the same page.

The LiteSpeed Cache plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'comment' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 7.9.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This vulnerability is only exploitable when the HTML Minify option (O_OPTM_HTML_MIN) is enabled and a companion plugin renders stored comment content into a raw-text context such as a JSON-LD script block on the same page.
