Chamilo LMS installations up to 1.11.40, 2.0.3 and 3.0.1 that run the Ticket module are exposed. The flaw sits in the project name handling when a ticket project is created, so exposure depends on who can create projects and whether their input is rendered back to other users. Sites without the Ticket module, or on a newer release, can skip it.
