_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## Affected

- vendor:oracle essbase affected = 21.8.3.0.0 fixed ?

## How to check

- Confirm whether the installed Essbase release is `21.8.3.0.0` by checking the server version in the Essbase administration console or install metadata
