_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Confirm the PeopleTools release in use, e.g. the PeopleTools version shown in the PeopleSoft admin pages, and check whether it falls in 8.61-8.63
- unknown for any other check, since the sources do not say how to test for the QAS component being exposed

## Fix

- Apply the Oracle Critical Patch Update fix for PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.61-8.63 (the sources do not name the patch number)
- unknown for any interim workaround
