Oracle E-Business Suite's iSupport module, under Service Requests, lets a low-privileged user with network access over HTTP create, delete or modify critical data and cause partial denial of service. The flaw has a scope change, so it can also affect other products connected to iSupport.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Check the installed iSupport patch level for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 in the Oracle E-Business Suite patch history
- unknown for other checks, the sources do not say
