# Oracle WebCenter Portal: Runtime Tools flaw allows unauthenticated data changes over HTTP

An unauthenticated remote attacker can reach a flaw in the Runtime Tools component of Oracle WebCenter Portal over HTTP. Successful exploitation can modify or delete critical data and partially disrupt the portal, but it needs a difficult attack condition and a second person's interaction.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Identify whether `Oracle WebCenter Portal` is deployed and check its version against `12.2.1.4.0` and `14.1.2.0.0`
- unknown

## Fix

- Apply the Oracle Critical Patch Update fix for Oracle WebCenter Portal listed in the Oracle advisory
- unknown

## Timeline
