# Oracle WebCenter Content Server: flaw lets low-privilege users reach stored data

Oracle WebCenter Content Server 14.1.2.0.0 has a flaw reachable over HTTP that lets a low-privilege attacker access and modify data the product holds. Exploitation is hard and needs a second person to interact, and the scope change means other products may be affected too.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Check the installed Oracle WebCenter Content version against `14.1.2.0.0`
- unknown

## Fix

- Apply the Oracle Critical Patch Update fix for WebCenter Content, moving past `14.1.2.0.0` (exact patched version unknown)

## Timeline

- 2026-10-23T21:57:26+00:00 nvd https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-91210

## From the sources

Vulnerability in the Oracle WebCenter Content product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Content Server). The supported version that is affected is 14.1.2.0.0. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle WebCenter Content. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Oracle WebCenter Content, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle WebCenter Content accessible data as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle WebCenter Content accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 6.5 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:L/A:N).
