# Oracle WebCenter Content Server: unauthenticated flaw exposes and alters stored data

Oracle WebCenter Content Server versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 contain a flaw reachable over HTTP without a login. A remote attacker who succeeds can read sensitive content and modify or delete some stored data, though exploitation is hard.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Check the installed WebCenter Content version against `12.2.1.4.0` and `14.1.2.0.0` in the Oracle Fusion Middleware environment
- unknown for other checks

## Fix

- Apply the Oracle Critical Patch Update fix for WebCenter Content Server (fixed build not named in the sources)
- unknown for other steps

## Timeline
