# Oracle WebCenter Content: Content Server flaw exposes data over HTTP

A flaw in the Content Server component of Oracle WebCenter Content lets a low-privileged attacker over HTTP read and modify data the product can access, but only when a second person takes an action. Oracle's CVSS 3.1 score is 6.5 (medium), with high confidentiality impact and low integrity impact.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Check the installed WebCenter Content version against `12.2.1.4.0` and `14.1.2.0.0`, the affected releases listed in the advisory.
- unknown for any other check; the sources do not say which configuration or endpoint is involved.

## Fix

- Apply the Oracle Critical Patch Update for Oracle WebCenter Content that covers this CVE; the sources do not name the patched version.
