CVE-2026-84155 · Other
NO FIX YET
CodeChecker's web server keeps honoring a session token after logout because only one worker process clears its in-memory cache. An attacker holding a captured token can keep acting as the user until the session expires.

Teams that run a CodeChecker server with multiple API worker processes, which is the default, and that use logins for it. A captured token stays usable on the other workers after logout until the session lifetime ends. Single-worker deployments and installations without user sessions are not described as affected by the sources.
Not affected if no-user-sessions, single-worker
Who cares codechecker, python, self-hosted

No fix yet, per the sources.
CodeChecker's web server fails to fully invalidate a session token on logout when the server runs with more than one API worker process (the default). Each worker process maintains its own in-memory session cache; logout only clears the cache of the single worker that handles the request (plus the shared database record). Other workers continue to honor the destroyed token from their stale in-memory copies until the session's lifetime expires. An attacker who has captured a valid token can therefore keep impersonating the user after the user has logged out.
