{"id":"CVE-2026-69134","kind":"vulnerability","aliases":["CVE-2026-69134"],"related":[],"title":"SuiteCRM: authenticated SQL injection through REST relationship fields","description":"SuiteCRM is an open-source, enterprise-ready Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software application. Prior to 7.15.2 and 8.10.2, the REST v4 JSON handler reads the pre-filter RAW_REQUEST value and relationship write helpers interpolate supplied field values into INSERT and UPDATE statements. The affected flow begins at $GLOBALS['RAW_REQUEST'] and uses set_relationship, SugarRelationship::addRow(), SugarRelationship::updateRow(), and contact_role to carry attacker-controlled data or authorization state into the security-sensitive operation. An authenticated user can inject SQL through relationship fields to read or alter database data and may reach file-write consequences when the database account has elevated privileges. This issue is fixed in versions 7.15.2 and 8.10.2.","summary":"SuiteCRM's REST v4 relationship write helpers place supplied field values directly into SQL INSERT and UPDATE statements. An logged-in user can inject SQL to read or change database data, and possibly write files if the database account has elevated privileges.","severity":"high","cvss":8.8,"epss":null,"exploited":false,"exploited_at":null,"products":[],"ecosystems":[],"tags":["mysql","package","php","rest-api","self-hosted","suitecrm"],"not_affected_if":["fixed-version","hosted-by-vendor","no-rest-api-access"],"how_to_check":"- Check the installed SuiteCRM version; versions before `7.15.2` and before `8.10.2` are affected.\n- Confirm whether the REST v4 API is reachable by user accounts on your instance.\n- Check the database account SuiteCRM uses; `unknown` whether it has file-write privileges from the sources.","fix":"- SuiteCRM 7.x: move to `7.15.2`\n- SuiteCRM 8.x: move to `8.10.2`","status":"open","published_at":"2026-11-05T19:17:24+00:00","first_seen_at":"2026-11-05T19:40:38+00:00","triaged_at":"2026-11-05T19:42:35+00:00","updated_at":"2026-11-05T19:42:35+00:00","category":"package","confidence":0.7,"triage":{"at":"2026-11-05T19:42:35Z","model":"claude-haiku-5-5","output":{"fix":"- SuiteCRM 7.x: move to `7.15.2`\n- SuiteCRM 8.x: move to `8.10.2`","reach":"internet","title":"SuiteCRM: authenticated SQL injection through REST relationship fields","impact":"high","summary":"SuiteCRM's REST v4 relationship write helpers place supplied field values directly into SQL INSERT and UPDATE statements.
