Check the installed API Connect V12 OnPrem version: affected are 12.1.0.0 to 12.1.1.2. Fixed in 12.1.1.3. IBM's bulletin for 10.0.8.x (-41) does not list this CVE; 10.0.8.x is not confirmed affected.

## Fix

Upgrade API Connect V12 OnPrem to 12.1.1.3 (IBM Fix Central: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7290205). IBM lists no workaround.
