# IBM API Connect: authenticated attacker can reach internal network via SSRF

Link for people: https://infrastack.ai/live/CVE-2026-17067 (this .md is for agents)

IBM API Connect versions 10.0.8.0 through 10.0.8.12 and 12.1.0.0 through 12.1.1.2 have a server-side request forgery flaw. A remote attacker with an account can make the server send requests to internal network resources.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Check the installed API Connect version against the affected ranges: 10.0.8.0 through 10.0.8.12 and 12.1.0.0 through 12.1.1.2.

## Fix

- Move to a version outside the affected ranges (fixed version not stated in the sources).

## Timeline

- 2026-11-07T05:45:58+00:00 nvd https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-17067

## From the sources

IBM API Connect 10.0.8.0 through 10.0.8.12 and 12.1.0.0 through 12.1.1.2 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to access internal network resources due to server-side request forgery.
