NO FIX YET · SEE WHAT TO DO
OpenAM before 16.1.4 ships built-in identities such as demo, anonymous, wsc and wsp with identical, publicly known passwords on every installation. An unauthenticated remote attacker can log in as these identities and obtain authenticated sessions, and the agent identities can read configuration of other agent profiles.

Organizations running OpenAM as an access management or single sign-on server with an affected version before 16.1.4 are exposed, since the default identities are reachable over the network. Sources do not say whether default configurations are the only exposure, so teams should check whether these built-in identities are reachable from outside their network. Deployments already on 16.1.4 or later are not affected.
