# myCred WordPress plugin: basic XSS lets script injection through web pages

The myCred plugin does not neutralize script-related HTML tags on a web page, so injected markup can run in a visitor's browser. An attacker can use this to run scripts in the context of a site user, such as an admin viewing the page.
