# WordPress Media Library Assistant: any logged-in user can read private taxonomy terms

The Media Library Assistant WordPress plugin before 3.44 does not check whether a requesting user may view a post before revealing its taxonomy terms. Any authenticated user, including a subscriber, can learn the term assignments of private attachments and posts.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Check the installed plugin version in the WordPress admin under Plugins, or in `wp-content/plugins/media-library-assistant/`.
- Confirm whether any untrusted accounts (such as subscriber-level users) can log in to the site.
