# Chrome: PerformanceAPIs memory bug lets crafted web page run code

A use-after-free bug in the PerformanceAPIs component of Google Chrome before 156.0.8078.47 can be triggered by a crafted HTML page. An attacker who gets a user to open that page can potentially run code outside the browser sandbox.
