# Chrome: memory corruption in Paint lets crafted web page run code

A memory corruption bug in the Paint component of Google Chrome before 156.0.8078.47 lets a remote attacker run arbitrary code inside the browser sandbox through a crafted HTML page. Visiting a malicious site is enough to trigger it.
