# Vvveb CMS: admin can read and overwrite other admins' API tokens

Vvveb is a content management system for websites and online stores. Before version 1.0.8.7, any logged-in administrator could read and overwrite the API tokens belonging to another administrator through the admin auth-token endpoint.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Check the installed Vvveb version and see whether it is below `1.0.8.7`.
- Review who holds administrator accounts, since any admin can exploit this.

## Fix

- Vvveb: upgrade to `1.0.8.7` or later.

## Timeline

## From the sources

Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. Prior to version 1.0.8.7, authenticated IDOR on admin/auth-token endpoint allows any administrator to read and overwrite another administrator's API tokens. This issue has been patched in version 1.0.8.7.
