# Diem CMS: dmWidget link tag text lets remote attackers inject scripts

The dmBaseLinkTag::text function in the dmWidget component of diem-project Diem does not sanitise its text argument, so attacker-supplied input is rendered as HTML. A remote attacker can run script in a victim's browser, for example to act as a logged-in user.
