# AipexBase: SQL injection in order_by and group_by reads other users' data

AipexBase through commit 690adb9 has a SQL injection flaw in the order_by and group_by fields of the /api/data/invoke endpoint. An attacker can use subqueries or EXTRACTVALUE and UPDATEXML to bypass the SqlGuard denylist and row-level security, reading other users' rows and tables.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## From the sources

AipexBase through commit 690adb9 contains a sql injection vulnerability that allows attackers to inject SQL through the order_by and group_by fields of the /api/data/invoke endpoint. Attackers can supply subqueries or EXTRACTVALUE and UPDATEXML functions that bypass the SqlGuard denylist and row-level security, reading other users' rows and tables.
