# ThinkAdmin plugin: non-super admins can read and overwrite other admins' file records

The think-plugs-admin plugin for ThinkAdmin through 1.0.81 lets non-super administrators access file records by id through admin/file.edit without ownership checks. An attacker with that permission can view download URLs, tamper with records, or reassign file ownership.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Check the installed think-plugs-admin version in composer.lock or vendor/ against `1.0.81`
- Confirm whether non-super admin roles hold the `admin/file.edit` node

## Timeline

- 2026-10-23T21:57:13+00:00 nvd https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-111655

## From the sources

ThinkAdmin think-plugs-admin through 1.0.81 contains an insecure direct object reference vulnerability that allows non-super administrators to read and overwrite other administrators' file records via admin/file.edit. Attackers holding the admin/file.edit node can request or POST a target id with columns like xurl, hash, or uuid to view download URLs, tamper records, or reassign ownership.
