# Mail Mage WordPress plugin: unauthenticated SQL injection exposes site database

Link for people: https://infrastack.ai/live/CVE-2026-110532 (this .md is for agents)

The Mail Mage WordPress plugin through 0.0.25 passes a user-supplied value into a SQL statement without sanitising or escaping it. An unauthenticated attacker can run arbitrary SQL against the site database, which can expose or alter stored data.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## Affected

- wordpress:mail-mage affected <= 0.0.25 fixed no fixed version listed

## How to check

Run 'wp plugin list' or open the Plugins screen and look for Mail Mage (slug mail-mage) at 0.0.25 or earlier. Every released version is in range.

## Fix

No fixed version exists. WordPress.org lists 0.0.25 as the latest release and says the plugin was closed on October 14, 2026 pending a full review, so it can't be downloaded. Deactivate and delete the plugin.

## Timeline

- 2026-11-06T06:40:11+00:00 nvd https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-110532
- 2026-11-06T06:44:14+00:00 analyst https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-110532 — NVD says SQLi through 0.0.25. The WordPress.org page shows 0.0.25 as latest and the plugin closed 2026-10-14 (temporary, pending review). The vulnerable endpoint is not named in the sources I read. No exploitation or PoC found. Fix and how_to_check verified against the WordPress.org page.

## Documents

- [advisory] NVD CVE-2026-110532 https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-110532
- [fix] Mail Mage – WordPress.org plugin page (closed) https://wordpress.org/plugins/mail-mage/

## From the sources

The Mail Mage WordPress plugin through 0.0.25 does not properly sanitise and escape a user-supplied value before using it in a SQL statement, allowing unauthenticated attackers to perform SQL injection attacks.
