# Hide Price Until Login WordPress plugin lets anyone register accounts

The Hide Price Until Login WordPress plugin before 1.1.2 has a guest-registration handler that ignores the site's user-registration setting. An anonymous visitor can create a WordPress account and get a logged-in session even when registration is turned off.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Check the installed plugin version in the WordPress admin under Plugins; the sources do not name a file path or command.
- Check Settings > General for the 'Anyone can register' option to see whether registration is disabled on the site.
- Review recently created user accounts under Users for unexpected subscribers.

## Fix

- Update the Hide Price Until Login plugin to `1.1.2` or later.

## Timeline

- 2026-10-29T06:53:13+00:00 nvd https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-110030

## From the sources

The Hide Price Until Login WordPress plugin before 1.1.2 does not restrict a guest-registration handler and does not honour the site's user-registration setting, allowing anyone to create a WordPress account and obtain a logged-in session even when registration is disabled.
