# Kali Forms WordPress plugin: subscribers can send spoofed email

The Kali Forms WordPress plugin before 2.4.30 lacks a capability check on its test-email handler. A logged-in low-privileged user, such as a Subscriber, can make the site send email to any recipient with a spoofed sender address.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Check the installed Kali Forms plugin version in the WordPress admin under Plugins; versions before `2.4.30` are affected.
- Confirm whether subscriber accounts can register on the site.

## Fix

- Kali Forms: move to `2.4.30` or later.

## Timeline

- 2026-11-01T06:48:24+00:00 nvd https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-107343

## From the sources

The Kali Forms — Contact Form & Drag-and-Drop Builder WordPress plugin before 2.4.30 does not perform a capability check on its test-email handler, relying only on a nonce that is available to any logged-in user, so a low-privileged user such as a Subscriber can make the site send email to an arbitrary recipient with a spoofed sender address.
