# Kali Forms WordPress plugin: any logged-in user can read admin email addresses

The Kali Forms contact form plugin for WordPress has a missing capability check in its test-email handler. A logged-in Subscriber can use it to reveal the email address of any registered user, including administrators.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Check whether the Kali Forms plugin is installed and its version in the WordPress admin under Plugins.
- Look for the plugin version in `kali-forms/kali-forms.php` or the plugin header.

## Fix

- Kali Forms plugin: move to a version at or after `2.4.30`.

## Timeline

- 2026-11-01T06:48:24+00:00 nvd https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-107342
- 2026-11-01T16:46:41+00:00 epss https://api.first.org/data/v1/epss?cve=CVE-2026-107342

## From the sources

The Kali Forms — Contact Form & Drag-and-Drop Builder WordPress plugin before 2.4.30 does not perform a capability check when its test-email handler resolves and returns a user's email address, relying only on a nonce that is available to any logged-in user, allowing authenticated users with minimal privileges (Subscriber and above) to disclose the email address of any registered user, including administrators.
