# Adobe Campaign Classic: SQL injection lets low-privileged users run code

SQL injection in Adobe Campaign Classic v7 lets an authenticated low-privileged user run arbitrary code as the Campaign service user, with changed scope (CVSS 9.9). Fixed in 7.4.4 build 9403 (APSB26-162). Adobe reports no exploitation in the wild.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## Affected

- vendor:Adobe Campaign Classic affected ACC v7 <= 7.4.4 build 9402 fixed 7.4.4 build 9403

## How to check

Check your Campaign Classic build (client console Help > About, or the server build number). Builds 7.4.4 build 9402 and earlier are affected; build 9403 or later is fixed. Adobe-hosted instances are already remediated.

## Fix

Update on-premise and hybrid Adobe Campaign Classic v7 to 7.4.4 build 9403 or later, then restart the Campaign server (nlserver) to load the build; the fix is active by default once restarted.

## From the sources

Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) is affected by an Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection') vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. A low-privileged attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. Scope is changed.
