# WordPress Mobile builder plugin: unauthenticated SQL injection via a parameter

The Mobile builder WordPress plugin through 1.4.2 passes a request parameter into a SQL statement without sanitising or escaping it. An unauthenticated visitor can run SQL injection against sites that also run the WCFM Delivery add-on, which can expose or alter database contents.

_Summary, check and fix written by a model from the sources; labelled as such._

## How to check

- Check whether the Mobile builder plugin is installed and its version is at or below `1.4.2`, for example with `wp plugin list` or the Plugins screen in wp-admin.
- Check whether the WCFM Delivery add-on is active on the same site.

## Fix

- Update the Mobile builder plugin to a version newer than `1.4.2`; the sources do not name the fixed version, so check the plugin's changelog.
- If no fixed version is available, deactivate the plugin or remove it until a patch is released.

## Timeline

- 2026-10-23T21:57:12+00:00 nvd https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-103696

## From the sources

The Mobile builder WordPress plugin through 1.4.2 does not sanitise and escape a parameter before using it in a SQL statement, allowing unauthenticated users to perform SQL injection attacks on sites that also run the WCFM Delivery add-on.
